Foil Brochure Printing With Custom Print Options
We have the most extensive range of foil colours and paper types which give you the option of over 300 different foil booklet combinations. Better yet, because of our digital foiling technique, we don't force you into choosing a premade design. You can foil and print whatever you like, giving you unlimited freedom to make a spectacular impression with your brochure!
Lastly, to protect your booklets and make the foil come out smooth and crisp, we have to laminate all of our prints with a soft touch matt finish. Not only does it offer extra protection, but it makes your glossy foil highlights stand out and shine even more.

Can I have different coloured foil on both sides of my outer covers?
Yes! We've made it possible for you to choose a different foil colour on your prints' front and back. Simply select the colour you would like to appear on side A and the colour you would like to appear on side B.
Do I have to have soft-touch lamination on my foiled brochures?
All of our foil prints are supplied with a soft-touch lamination as this provides the most reliably stunning results. While our soft touch lamination is so thin that it feels like a silky top coat, it not only helps protect your print from inevitable wear and tear but also allows your chosen foil shade to impeccably shine.
Is supplying foil artwork different from supplying non-foil artwork?
With our foiling, we require two separate files. The first file is for your foil, with all foil elements in 100% pure black on a white background. The second file is for your print, with all foil areas removed. Can I have more than one booklet design?
In the options above, we’ve given you the option to split your order across multiple designs. Simply input the total quantity of booklets you need, and then select how many designs you would like for this to be split across. All designs must have the same printing specification and foil colour. Different foil colours will need to be ordered separately.
Can I have a custom size for my foil brochure?
In the options above you can select the orientation of your brochure or booklet, then choose whether you want A6, DL, A5, or A4 or choose the half-cut-out square to supply your custom diameters in width and height.
When can I expect my order to be ready after I've supplied my brief?
The turnaround time is dependent on several factors, including quantity, complexity and finishing options. At Aura Print, we pride ourselves on our speedy service. For an estimated turnaround time, configure your order above or contact a member of our customer service team.
Can I have foil printed on eco-friendly paper?
Our eco-paper range is constantly growing, and we’re proud to offer recycled paper stock for all foil-printed menus, providing an environmentally conscious alternative to commonly used stocks.
Artwork Requirements
The Basics
Allow 2mm of bleed around all artwork for cutting tolerances.
Format all artwork to CMYK.
Set your resolution to a minimum of 300DPI.
Supply your artwork in PDF, JPG or fully packaged AI formats.
Keep all text, logos and foreground images within a 3mm safe zone from the cut edge.
Separate all foil elements from CMYK artwork, place foil elements on a separate page, and supply as 100% K (black). See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for foil printing.
Die Cut Or Kiss Cut (Shaped) Products Including Stickers
Indicate cut lines using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page.
Folded, Perforated or Drilled Products
Indicate any crease lines, perforation lines or drill holes using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page.
